Shaunelee Alcinia Yanni

Shaunelee Alcinia Yanni (Shaun) primarily assists SSEK in matters related to general corporate and commercial law as well as employment law. Prior to joining SSEK, she has interned in another prominent law firm in Jakarta, assisting the firm with compliance matters, conducting due diligence for corporate transactions, and advising on dispute resolution and contentious matters.

At university, Shaun actively participated in international moot competitions. She represented her university at the 2022 Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition where her team placed Top 15 in the Final Team Rankings. She has also competed in the 20th Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot where her team finished as the Semifinalist and earned an Honorable Mention for the David Hunter Award for Best Written Memorandum on Behalf of Claimant. As an individual, Shaun stands out for her oral advocacy skills, having won numerous awards for Best Oralist, including finishing as the 1st Runner-Up for the Neil Kaplan Award for Best Individual Oral Advocate in the 20th Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She is now actively coaching Universitas Katolik Parahyangan’s moot court delegations.

Shaun is fluent in English and Indonesian.
