Medita Febriyana Siregar has been involved in numerous projects at SSEK, with a focus on merger and acquisition transactions, general corporate law, trade, foreign investment, cryptocurrency, data privacy, ecommerce, and licensing matters. Medita also has been involved in numerous legal due diligence projects and has helped advise clients on cross-border and domestic transactions and the establishment of foreign investment companies in Indonesia.
Before joining SSEK, Medita interned at another large corporate law firm in Jakarta, the State Prosecutor’s Office, and the South Jakarta District Court.
At university, Medita was involved in several student organizations and participated in various law seminars and workshops.
She is fluent in English and Indonesian.
