Indrawan Dwi Yuriutomo

Indrawan Dwi Yuriutomo joined SSEK in 2008 after working at another prominent law firm in Jakarta. Indrawan advises corporate clients on all aspects of Indonesian employment law, including severance matters, personnel policies, work rules, employment contracts, collective bargaining arrangements, secondment arrangements, and mandatory social security programs.

Indrawan also is heavily involved in representing clients in dispute resolution matters in the Indonesian courts.

In addition to his successful labor and employment work, Indrawan works on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Indrawan is the author of the books “Defenses to Indonesian Corporate Criminal Liability” and “2019 Indonesian Employment Laws and Regulations.”

He is fluent in English and Indonesian.
