Yan Diaz Maulana Siregar has been involved in a variety of projects at SSEK, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financing, taxation, real estate, and general corporate and commercial law.
His recent experience includes running a cross-border deal by representing several Indonesian companies within a larger Singaporean group company as borrowers and guarantors on two intricate financing and refinancing deal with a value of more than USD60 million respectively involving cross-border and complex security structure; represent a state-owned enterprise in a transaction to assign one its prominent business units to its affiliates as part of the mandate from the government; representing several state-owned enterprises on a major transaction involving the sale of more than 80 real property assets owned a group of prominent Indonesian state-owned enterprises; represent a prominent shipping company in a Supreme Court Judicial Review process against the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. He has also been involved in numerous due diligence projects in connection with transactions involving prominent companies in the technology, real estate, mining and forest concession sectors.
Yan Diaz is fluent in English and Indonesian.
