Nico Angelo Putra Mooduto joined SSEK in 2011 and his practice covers a wide array of commercial legal matters and both inbound and outbound work.

- Assisted Microsoft with its Indonesian data center projects.
- Advised and represented Astra Infra in connection with a multimillion-dollar port infrastructure concession in Indonesia.
- Represented Princeton Digital Group (PDG) in a series of multimillion-dollar deals with PT XL Axiata Tbk in connection with a joint venture for the operation of data center projects throughout Indonesia.
- Advised and represented TE Asia Healthcare, backed by private equity firm TPG Capital, in its greenfield and brownfield investments, including share and asset transactions.
- Advised Swire Properties and its Indonesian joint venture company on a multimillion-dollar residential project.
- Advised and represented Sentul City in a property deal worth more than USD100 million.
- Represented major creditors in the sophisticated and complicated PKPU insolvency proceedings of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
- Represented an undisclosed joint operation contractor in a complex arbitration in relation to the construction of an Indonesian toll road project under BANI Rules.
- Represented an international hotel management operator in a hotel management dispute in a Singapore seated arbitration under SIAC Rules.
- Represented a Japanese automobile manufacturer in a consumer protection claim in the Central Jakarta District Court.
