Vivin Purnamawati

Vivin Purnamawati joined SSEK in 2021 and has been highly involved in a wide range of projects, including mergers and acquisitions, internal corporate restructurings, legal due diligence exercises, commercial documentation review, and general corporate law. Bianca Pinastika Putri Kadarisman is actively involved in mergers and acquisitions and cross-jurisdiction investment projects, including the establishment and licensing of foreign investment companies in various sectors in Indonesia.
