SSEK Leads Course on Commercial Contracts

SSEK recently led a multi-day training course on commercial contracts. The course, Commercial Contracts - Back to Basics, was offered in collaboration with ET-Asia.

Commercial Contracts - Back to Basics was designed to help participants sharpen their basic knowledge of business contracts.

SSEK's Ira A. Eddymurthy, Rusmaini Lenggogeni, Dewi Savitri Reni, Stephen Igor Warokka, Aldilla Stephanie Suwana, Charvia Tjhai and A. Charlie R. Malessy covered topics including steps in preparing and executing commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, conditional share purchase agreement in a share acquisition and contract negotiation.
