SSEK Discusses Indonesian Insurance Law at Training Event

SSEK Law Firm senior partner Ira A. Eddymurthy and Maria Yudhitama E. Dewi, a senior associate at the firm, gave a presentation on insurance law in Indonesia at a recent training event.

Ira and Maria provided a general overview of the insurance sector in Indonesia, discussed insurance disputes, with case studies, and looked at the continuing development of insurtech in Indonesia, including smart contracts.
