SSEK Seminar – Insights and Strategies for an Effective SIAC Arbitration

SSEK is hosting a seminar on Wednesday, July 3, on "Insights and Strategies for an Effective SIAC Arbitration." The event, which is free of charge, will be held from 3-5 pm at SSEK's office in Mayapada Tower I.

SSEK's Dewi Savitri Reni and Nico Mooduto will discuss "Arbitration clauses and proposed terms in commercial contracts."

Two speakers from the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Kevin Nash and Kendista Wantah, will then discuss "Dealing with faulty arbitration clauses under SIAC rules."

This is a complimentary event but space is limited.
