Deka provided a general overview of copyright law in Indonesia and discussed the nature and function of copyright, establishing rights, and copyright infringement, with a case study.
Ruth provided an overview of the purpose and legal grounds for processing personal data. She discussed, among other topics, personal data protection principles and data protection arrangements. Ruth also touched on the new personal data protection law in Indonesia and the implications for business.
