SSEK Associate Features at ICC Young Arbitrators Forum

Nico Mooduto, an associate at SSEK Indonesian Legal Consultants, was a featured speaker at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) in Goa, India. The event took place December 7-9.

The forum brought together the next generation of international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution experts, giving them the opportunity to gain knowledge, develop their skills and understand the ICC\'s arbitral procedure and other dispute resolution services.

Nico joined SSEK in 2011 and is deeply involved in the firm\'s dispute resolution practice. His experience includes arbitration as well as civil and criminal court proceedings. He has advised on a dispute involving a prominent international accounting organization and disputes in the energy industry.
