SSEK Assists on Singapore Listing of Malaysian Plantation Group TSH Resources Berhad

SSEK Law Firm partner Denny Rahmansyah assisted Malaysian plantation group TSH Resources Berhad on the Indonesian aspects of its secondary listing on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

TSH Resources Berhad, a Malaysian public company listed on Bursa Malaysia, has 13 Indonesian subsidiaries. Denny led the SSEK team that performed due diligence on the Indonesian subsidiaries for the Singapore listing. SSEK also prepared and reviewed the Indonesian aspects of the SGX listing documents.

Denny was assisted by Yan Diaz Maulana Siregar, Maria Yudhitama E. Dewi, and Kusuma Wijaja Halim as the lead associates on the SSEK team. Other associates involved were Bima Danubrata Adhijoso, Fadhira Mediana, Medita F. Siregar, Putri Miqaila Ameena, Eugenia Leonetta, Nathania Emily Lysandra, and Avicenna Athalla Z. G Alli.

Also assisting TSH Resources Berhad were Rajah & Tann Singapore on the Singapore side of the transaction and Christopher & Lee Ong for the Malaysia side.
