AmCham-SSEK Webinar: Understand the Impact of Indonesia’s Omnibus Law on Halal and Tax Law

SSEK, in collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (AmCham Indonesia), invite you to a webinar on the impact of Indonesia's Omnibus Law on Job Creation on halal products and tax law.

The webinar is scheduled for Thursday, December 17, from 10 to 11:30 am.

This webinar aims to help participants understand how the Omnibus Law impacts halal products and taxation, and how that might affect foreign and domestic companies and investors in Indonesia.

It will look at changes to the halal certification process and what to expect from an implementing regulation that is to be issued. It will also discuss new tax rates and tax incentives under the Omnibus Law, and actions companies should consider in response to the changes.

Leading the discussions will be SSEK partners Ira A. Eddymurthy and Rusmaini Lenggogeni.
