SSEK Welcomes New Partner Stephen Igor Warokka

SSEK Indonesian Legal Consultants is pleased to announce the appointment of our new partner, Stephen Igor Warokka (stephenwarokka@ssek.com), effective January 2019.

Stephen is involved in a wide range of projects at SSEK, with a focus on shipping and maritime law, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign capital investment, and immigration law.

In 2015, Stephen was seconded to the Tokyo offices of Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, where he advised on Indonesian laws and regulations for Japanese companies doing business in the country.

Stephen joined SSEK in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Laws from Atma Jaya University, in Jakarta, and earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law.
