Denny Rahmansyah, the managing partner of SSEK Legal Consultants, and Mahareksha Singh Dillon, an associate at the firm, will lead a session at a workshop on anti-corruption laws and regulations in Indonesia and corporate compliance and liability.
The workshop will be held Tuesday, December 4, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., in Jakarta. It is being organized by Hukumonline.
Denny and Reksha will discuss corporate criminal acts and liability, compliance issues for companies, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act, among other topics.
