SSEK Partner Features at Regional Employment Law Conference

The Certificate in Regional HR Employment Law Conference provided updates on employment laws and regulations in countries around Southeast Asia to help participants avoid costly legal disputes and improve worker relations.

SSEK discussed the management of labor issues during the M&A process, including human resources due diligence, setting up an integration team, the retention of key employees following the M&A, calculating severance pay and any other benefits, and best practices to avoid disputes with employees during the M&A process and to respond to disputes if they do occur.
