SSEK Partner to Speak at Seminar as Part of Thailand Arbitration Center ADR Week 2024

SSEK Law Firm partner Nico Angelo Putra Mooduto will speak at a seminar, “The Impact of Local Court Facilitation on Seat Selection in Arbitration Proceedings,” scheduled for September 19 in Bangkok.
The seminar is part of the upcoming Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) ADR Week 2024.
Speakers will discuss the role of courts in Indonesia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand in facilitating arbitration proceedings. They will also provide updates on current court orders or judgments relevant to arbitration in these jurisdictions.
