SSEK Partner Moderates EuroCham HR Working Group Discussion on Indonesia Constitutional Court Decision No. 168/2023

SSEK Law Firm partner Stephen Igor Warokka recently moderated “Understanding the Business Impact of Constitutional Court Decision No. 168/2023,” a discussion hosted by  the European Business Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia’s Human Resources Working Group.

Stephen, who is the Deputy Head of the HR Working Group, led the session with guest speaker Pereddi Sihombing, Sub-Coordinator of Legal Advocacy at the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.

Participants explored the ruling’s implications for Indonesia’s legal landscape, followed by an engaging Q&A session.
