SSEK Partner Discusses Trade Contracts for Indonesian MSMEs in Global Markets

SSEK Law Firm partner Nico A.P. Mooduto was a featured speaker at a UMKM Go Export workshop titled “Unlocking New Opportunities,” organized by ICC Indonesia in collaboration with ISMI (Islamic Economic Society) Banten.

The workshop was officially opened by Dr. Ilham Akbar Habibie, Chairman of the Advisory Board of ISMI and President of ICC Indonesia.

Nico spoke on the importance of trade contracts for Indonesian micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) and provided insights into Indonesia’s trade regulations. The event also included sessions on market access strategies for export readiness, export correspondence, and trade consolidation techniques.

SSEK associate Muhammad Nur Mahatmanta also attended the workshop.
