Denny Rahmansyah, a supervising partner of SSEK's award-winning land and property practice, was a featured speaker at a recent training seminar on the regulatory framework of Indonesia's land and property sector. The seminar, organized by Hukumonline.com, was aimed at business actors, in-house lawyers and banks.
Denny covered a number of topics related to Indonesia's land and property sector, including legal due diligence and property asset acquisitions, financing schemes for the development of property projects, and the resolution of property business disputes.
Also speaking at the training seminar was Aslan Noor, head of legal and public relations at the Ministry of Agriculture and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency.
