SSEK Leads In-House Training for Indonesia Foreign Affairs Ministry

SSEK Legal Consultants partner Stephen Igor Warokka and Revaldi Wirabuana, an associate at the firm, led an in-house training session for the legal and administrative bureau of Indonesia\'s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The training covered drafting a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and the differences between an MoU and a contract or agreement. Stephen and Revaldi touched on the technical legal points relevant to MoU drafting and presented case studies.
The training was organized by Hukumonline.com, a leading online provider of legal products, information and services in Indonesia.
