SSEK Leads Full-Day M&A Workshop for LPS Indonesia Employees

SSEK partner Dewi Savitri Reni (Vitri) and associate Maria Yudhitama Eka Dewi led a full-day workshop on the legal aspects of M&A transactions for employees of Indonesia's Deposit Insurance Agency (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan or LPS).

The SSEK lawyers provided a general overview of the legal aspects of M&A transactions, discussed the due diligence process, and examined the typical documents in an M&A transaction.

The workshop was attended by more than 40 people and was part of a larger LPS training event with KPMG.
