SSEK Lawyer a Featured Speaker at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Indonesia Anti-Corruption Event

Stephen Igor Warokka, a senior associate at SSEK Indonesian Legal Consultants, was a featured speaker at a recent BPJS Ketenagakerjaan anti-corruption event.

The event, on governance risk and compliance control, was held in Yogyakarta on August 14, 2018. More than 100 people attended.

Igor gave a presentation on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan\'s status as a public legal entity, as well as providing a general legal overview of agreements in Indonesia.

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is an Indonesian public legal entity (badan hukum publik) that provides a mandatory social security program for workers.

Stephen Igor Warokka earned his LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law. He is involved in a wide range of projects at SSEK, including general corporate law, foreign capital investment law, mergers and acquisitions, immigration law, and negotiations with various government officials related to commercial transactions.
