SSEK Legal Consultants recently hosted a webinar to discuss the latest information on immigration stay permits in Indonesia in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event featured speakers from the Directorate of Immigration Stay Permits at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. They discussed the implementation of Director General of Immigration Circular Letter No. IMI-GR.01.01-1102 TAHUN 2020 regarding Immigration Stay Permit Services in the New Normal. This new Circular Letter sets forth procedures for the extension of stay permits.
SSEK partner Stephen Igor Warokka moderated the webinar, which was attended by more than 450 people.
