SSEK Discusses Cross-Border Data Transfers at MOCI Event

SSEK was invited to give a presentation at a recent event on data protection and cross-border data transfers for the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Informatics (MOCI).

SSEK gave a presentation on the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its effect on data protection and the transfer of data in Indonesia.

Most of the participants at this ministry event came from the Directorate General of Application and Informatics and the Legal Bureau of the MOCI.
