SSEK Advises Rentokil on 2 Acquisitions in Indonesia

SSEK has acted for British multinational Rentokil Initial, through its Indonesian subsidiary, Rentokil Initial Indonesia, in the acquisition of two Indonesian companies.

In the first transaction, SSEK assisted Rentokil with the acquisition of PT Aardwolf Pestkare Indonesia, a pest control service provider. In the second transaction, SSEK assisted in the acquisition of PT Pink Service Indonesia (Habitat), an enterprise that provides hygiene services in Indonesia.

SSEK advised Rentokil on every step of both transactions and prepared the asset purchase agreements and the related transactional documents.
