SSEK Wins Impact Deal of the Year at Asialaw Awards

SSEK Indonesian Legal Consultants won an Impact Deal of the Year Award at the Asialaw Awards 2022/23. SSEK was recognized for our work on the US IPO of Grab Holdings via SPAC.
The SSEK team working on the US IPO of Grab Holdings was led by partner Dewi Savitri Reni and foreign legal adviser Michael S. Carl.
The Asialaw Awards recognised leading law firms and lawyers across 23 jurisdictions in the region. Firms and lawyers were judged as best in class for their legal and industry expertise in terms of innovation, management of complex situations, and the positive impact of their advice.
