SSEK partner Stephen Igor Warokka and SSEK associate Indrawan D. Yuriutomo discussed proposed updates to the Indonesian Manpower Law under the draft Omnibus Law during a recent meeting of the European Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (EuroCham Indonesia) Human Resources Working Group.

Stephen and Indrawan discussed articles in the draft Omnibus Law on expatriate employees, the employment relationship, outsources, working hours, remuneration, social security and termination.
