The seminar, organized by Hukumonline.com, was aimed at business actors, in-house lawyers and banks.
Denny covered a number of topics related to Indonesia's land and property sector, including legal due diligence and property asset acquisitions, financing schemes for the development of property projects, and the resolution of property business disputes.
