SSEK, SIAC Host Closed-Door Arbitration Event

SSEK Law Firm hosted a recent closed-door event with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) on Effective Arbitration at SIAC.

SSEK partner Dewi Savitri Reni gave the opening remarks and partner Mahareksha S. Dillon presented on How to Draft an Effective Arbitration Agreement.

Speakers from SIAC led a session on Introduction to SIAC and Arbitration, including the Singapore international arbitration framework, features of SIAC Rules, and the arbitration process and cost at SIAC.

Participants from various companies had the opportunity to ask questions during the sessions and share experiences and information.
