SSEK Invited to Provide Insight on Collateral for Movable Assets at Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights

SSEK Law Firm was recently invited by the Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights to give a presentation at the Directorate General of Public Legal Administration. SSEK provided input on Indonesia’s draft bill on movable assets. The draft bill was prepared in the context of improving the ease of doing business in Indonesia.
