Saprita Tahir joined SSEK in 2011 and has been extensively involved in numerous major transactions.
She has provided legal advice and representation on various matters including foreign investment, data centers, land and property, wholesale and distribution, data protection and privacy, employment law, the establishment of corporations and foundations, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters.
Her projects include acting for Indosat in a $300 million data center joint venture with BDx Data Centers, assisting Samanea Group and its Indonesian subsidiary, PT Samanea Tangerang Development, with the development of the One-Stop O20 Regional Wholesale Trade City, the first and most comprehensive wholesale center in Indonesia, and acting for one of the largest national property companies in Indonesia in several joint venture transactions with leading international hotel operators.
Saprita also acted for a Japan-based holding company engaged in the operation of restaurants in the sale and purchase of shares in an Indonesian company, assisted a multinational engineering and construction company in the restructuring of its corporate operations in Indonesia and the restructuring of its shareholding composition, and acted for one of the biggest oil and gas services companies in the world in various corporate matters in Indonesia.
Saprita was in-house counsel for a leading Indonesian automotive group.
She is active in charitable work, particularly helping children with cancer.
Saprita is a native Indonesian speaker and is fluent in English.
