Imelda Chai joined SSEK in 2025 and has been involved in a wide range of projects, focusing on general corporate and commercial matters.
Imelda graduated magna cum laude from Parahyangan Catholic University, where she was named salutatorian of her graduating class.
During her studies, Imelda actively participated in international moot court competitions in both public and private international law. In 2023, she participated in the 20th Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot, where her team reached the semifinals and earned an Honorable Mention for the David Hunter Award for Best Written Memorandum on Behalf of Claimant. The following year, her team finished as first runner-up in the Indonesian Willem C. Vis pre-moot.
Imelda is fluent in English and Indonesian.
