Dimas Indartono has provided legal advice and representation in the mining, banking, project finance, merger and acquisition, and foreign investment sectors for multinational and domestic companies.
Dimas has been heavily involved in acting for clients in acquisitions in Indonesia. He was a project leader in the acquisition of a multinational company engaged in the chemical industry by one of the largest private investment firms in the United States. He was also the project leader for the acquisition of an Indonesian company engaged in the cement industry by the largest cement company in India.
In addition to handling corporate matters, Dimas is involved in civil and criminal litigation matters, including contract disputes and torts, and asset seizures before the Indonesian courts. He is a licensed bankruptcy receiver and administrator and a member of the Association of Indonesian Bankruptcy Receivers and Administrators.
Dimas earned his Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also took courses at the Wharton School of Business as part of a cross-disciplinary program.
He is fluent in English and Indonesian.
