SSEK Law Firm partner Mahareksha Singh Dillon was a speaker at the 6th ICC Indonesia Arbitration Day in Jakarta.
Mahareksha was part of the panel on “Welcoming change of tides: New developments in arbitration law and practice in Indonesia.”
The panel discussed the changes introduced by Indonesia Supreme Court Regulation No. 3 of 2023 on Procedures for the Appointment of Arbitrators by the Court, Challenge Rights, Examination of Enforcement Applications, and Arbitral Award Annulment, and the implementation of these changes in arbitration involving Indonesia.
Mahareksha is a supervising partner of SSEK’s arbitration and litigation practice. His focus is commercial disputes, bankruptcy, debt restructuring and complex litigation. He also handles a range of corporate matters and works on commercial transactions in various sectors.
Mahareksha was named a Future Star and included in the Top 40 Under 40 – Asia Pacific in the 2024 edition of Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific, a guide to the region’s leading dispute resolution firms and lawyers.
