SSEK Founding Partner Quoted in ABLJ Article on Legal and Business Trends in Indonesia

SSEK Law Firm founding partner Ira A. Eddymurthy was quoted in an Asia Business Law Journal article on legal and business expectations in Indonesia following the election in February.

Ira, discussing the reactions of foreign clients to the election and the change of leadership, said clients wanted to see the new composition of the ministries, but many still tried to close deals before the election to secure investments.

“But now, the appetite is quite the same. They are not waiting, they believe the new government will continue the policies that have been put in place and will be continued … They are quite confident about that.”
