SSEK Contributes Chapter on E-commerce in Indonesia

SSEK partner Fahrul S. Yusuf and Mohammad K Bratawijaya, an associate at the firm, have contributed the Indonesia chapter to a global guide to e-commerce.

Getting the Deal Through: E-commerce 2019 looks at key issues of concern when navigating e-commerce law worldwide. Issues covered include regulatory bodies, legislation, contracting on the internet, security, domain names, advertising, intellectual property, data protection, taxation, gambling and online publishing.

Fahrul Yusuf is a partner in SSEK\'s IT and telecommunications practice. Fahrul is heavily involved in helping clients establish corporations and with foreign investment deals, mergers and acquisitions, and various restructurings.
