SSEK Law Firm, led by partner Dewi Savitri Reni, recently welcomed a group of students from the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law for a mentoring event. The program was organized in collaboration with the Student Executive Body (BEM) of the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law.
More than 30 law students visited SSEK’s offices for the workshop “Between Agreement and Arbitration: ISDS and the Juridical Regime of Foreign Investment.”
The session developed into a lively and engaging discussion that lasted for more than an hour. It aimed to help students understand international investment law, the latest developments in investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS), and Indonesia’s approach to investment treaties and agreements.
SSEK associates Ramadinan Saptara and Andhika Farhan Mahadi also took part in the session, sharing insights and engaging with students during the discussion.
The program offered student not only exposure to key legal issues but also practical guidance on building a successful legal career and developing professional networks.
