SSEK Partners Featured at Energy and Mineral Resources Legal Training Event

SSEK partners Dewi Savitri Reni (Vitri) and Fransiscus Rodyanto (Frans) were featured speakers at an energy and mineral resources legal training event organized by the Business Law Society at the University of Indonesia Faculty of Law.

Vitri and Frans gave a presentation on the establishment of the Oil and Gas Holding SOE, Indonesia\'s largest state-owned holding company.

SSEK worked on this two-stage deal from 2012 to 2018. We represented the Indonesian SOE Ministry in the first stage of the deal, and then acted for PT Pertamina, the Indonesian state-owned oil and natural gas corporation, in the second stage.

SSEK received an Asian-MENA Counsel Deal of the Year for our work on this project.
