SSEK Partner to Moderate Panel on M&A Transactions in Indonesia

Dewi Savitri Reni (Vitri), a partner at SSEK Legal Consultants, will moderate a panel on M&A transactions in Indonesia during a conference on August 8.

The IBA-PERADI Corporate Counsel Conference: Indonesia - a Global and Local Legal Perspective in Investment will be held in Bali, at the Pullman Bali Legian Beach Hotel.

Vitri will moderate the panel on Mergers & Acquisitions - Asset Purchase Versus Stock Purchase.

Speakers will discuss the implications of an asset purchase versus a stock purchase in an acquisition scenario, when it is more appropriate to adopt an asset purchase versus a stock purchase. The session will also consider the implications of the proposed changes to the merger notification requirements in Indonesia, from post-merger notification to pre-merger notification.
