SSEK Partner Stephen Warokka Quoted in Article on Indonesia’s New Golden Visa Program

Stephen Igor Warokka, supervising partner of SSEK Law Firm’s corporate immigration practice and a partner in the firm’s labor and employment practice, was quoted in a recent Hukumonline article on Indonesia’s new Golden Visa program. The program offers long-term residency to qualified foreign nationals.

Stephen was asked about the facilities and benefits under the Golden Visa program and the differences and similarities between the Golden Visa and Second-Home Visas.

He sits on the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia and heads the International Relations Division of the Indonesia Labor Law Consultants Association, an independent organization that provides input to the government on employment-related laws and regulations.

Stephen earned his Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
