SSEK Legal Consultants Named Leading M&A Firm for Indonesia

SSEK Legal Consultants has been recognized for the fourth straight year as a Tier 1 M&A law firm for Indonesia in the new Asian Legal Business (ALB) M&A Rankings. SSEK was one of only six firms in Indonesia to receive the Tier 1 ranking in the 2018 survey.

ALB reports that between July 2017 and June 2018, Indonesia recorded 66 M&A deals totaling US$9.7 billion, according to data from Mergermarket. It notes that sectors that saw the strongest announced and completed M&A activity included mining, financial services, fintech and consumer goods.
