SSEK founding partner Ira A. Eddymurthy was a panelist at the recent Freshfields Stronger Together seminar in Hong Kong.

Ira\'s session, \"Yin and Yang of Cross-Border Deals,” looked at restrictions on outbound and inbound investment, M&A deal certainty, drivers and issues for inbound and outbound transactions, and the impact of tightening foreign direct investment controls and how to overcome hurdles to ensure a successful deal.

Ira was joined on the panel by lawyers from Hong Kong, China, Germany, South Korea.
