Indonesian Government Issues New Negative Investment List

The Indonesian Government has released a new Negative Investment List, commonly known as the DNI. The 2016 DNI, contained in Presidential Regulation No. 44 of 2016, replaces the 2014 Negative Investment List. Indonesia's Negative Investment List contains those industries and business areas in which investment is prohibited or restricted.
