SSEK recently sat down with the Employment Law Alliance (ELA) to discuss Indonesia's new Omnibus Law for the ELA's Employment Matters podcast.

SSEK provided a brief background on the Omnibus Law and its passage, looked at some of the controversy surrounding it, and highlighted some of the changes to labor and immigration law in Indonesia and how they might impact employers and employees in the country.
