SSEK Partner Dewi Savitri Reni Named an ALB Dealmaker of Asia

SSEK partner Dewi Savitri Reni (Vitri) has been recognized by Asian Legal Business (ABL) as a Dealmaker of Asia 2022.

Vitri was one of only eight lawyers recognized for Indonesia and the only woman.

Vitri has a broad practice and has extensive experience advising major Indonesian companies and Fortune 500 entities. Her recent projects include acting for Grab in its US$40 billion merger with SPAC Altimeter Growth and Nasdaq listing, acting as Indonesian counsel for General Electric in connection with its global spin-off into three public companies in the aviation, healthcare and energy sectors, and advising PT Danareksa (Persero), the Indonesian state-owned enterprise engaged in financial services, on the establishment of Danareksa as a Holding State-Owned Enterprise.
