SSEK Partners at AmCham Indonesia Human Resources Committee Event

SSEK partner Rusmaini Lenggogeni was a featured speaker at a recent discussion on Women in the Workplace hosted by the Human Resources Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia (AmCham Indonesia).

The event was moderated by SSEK partner Stephen Igor Warokka, who is also the committee co-chair and a member of AmCham Indonesia\'s Board of Governors.

The discussion explored changes to gender representation in the workplace, challenges faced by women in the current employment market, and how companies have updated their policies to tackle issues that women have been going through in their respective organizations.
