SSEK Represents Nissan Motor in Acquisition by Indomobil Group

SSEK represented Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. in the acquisition of PT Nissan Motor Distributor Indonesia ("NMDI") by PT IMG Sejahtera Langgeng, part of Indomobil, a leading Indonesian automotive group.

SSEK assisted with the transaction agreements up to closing and with other agreements related to NMDI's business operations prior to and after closing. SSEK also assisted with related restructuring work prior to and following the completion of the transaction.
