SSEK Named Leading M&A Law Firm for Indonesia

SSEK Legal Consultants has been recognized for the fifth straight year as a Tier 1 M&A law firm for Indonesia in the Asian Legal Business (ALB) M&A Rankings. SSEK was one of only six firms in Indonesia to receive the Tier 1 ranking in the 2019 survey.

ALB reports that Indonesia saw an 88.6% increase in M&A deal value in the first half of 2019 from the same period in 2018, to US$6.6 billion. It reported that middle-class consumption and the growing digital economy were two of the main forces driving foreign investment.
