SSEK Assists with MNC Land, Trump Organization Luxury Developments

SSEK has assisted MNC Land, a leading Indonesian property company, in its collaboration with Trump Organization on the "Trump Residences Indonesia," two ultra-luxury integrated developments in Bali and Lido, Bogor.

SSEK was the only Indonesian law firm appointed to work on the projects. We assisted MNC Land with drafting and reviewing the transaction documents, and advised on the Indonesian legal aspects of the projects. At the request of MNC Land, SSEK also assisted Trump Organization, providing project-related Indonesian legal and regulatory advice.

Trump Residences Bali will be part of MNC Bali Resort, covering an area of 102 hectares. It will feature 144 ultra-luxurious residences integrated into the six-star Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences Bali, which includes an 18-hole signature golf course designed by Phil Mickelson and an opulent beach club.

Trump Residences Lido will be located in MNC Lido City, an integrated entertainment and lifestyle destination in Lido, West Java, covering an area of 350 hectares. It will feature 281 luxurious residences located about 700 meters above sea level, with views of Mount Salak and Mount Gede Pangrango. Trump Residences Lido will be integrated with an 18-hole signature golf course designed by Ernie Els.

Denny Rahmansyah, SSEK's managing partner and a supervising partner of the firm's land and property practice, and Ira A. Eddymurthy, a senior partner, led the SSEK team assisting on the transaction, with lead associate Nico Mooduto.
